Glowing Photoshoot provides AI-powered photo enhancement services. You upload photos, select a style, and we deliver enhanced versions using AI image processing and generation tools.
All delivered work is AI-generated or AI-enhanced. Results vary based on the quality of your uploaded photos, the style selected, and the nature of the AI tools used. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, likeness accuracy, or quality level.
Before delivering your final images, we provide watermarked proofs for your review. Your options:
No refunds after approval. Once you approve the watermarked proofs and download your final files, the order is considered complete. Please review your proofs carefully before approving.
If you experience a technical issue (lost download link, delivery failure, etc.), contact us and we'll make it right.
You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. Glowing Photoshoot claims no ownership of your original images.
By uploading photos, you confirm you have the right to use and submit them — including any photos of other people depicted.
Upon payment and order completion, Glowing Photoshoot grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the delivered images for:
This license is perpetual — there are no recurring fees to keep using your images. You can use them however you want, for as long as you want.
You may not resell the delivered images as standalone products or stock photos.
We'd love to show off great results. With your explicit permission only, we may use before/after comparisons of your images as examples in our marketing materials, website, and social media.
We will never use your images for marketing without asking you first. If you'd like to opt in (or if we reach out to you), you can approve or decline at any time.
You agree not to use Glowing Photoshoot to process or produce:
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service for violations of this policy, without refund.
AI image enhancement is a creative and probabilistic process. We cannot guarantee:
The proof review step exists precisely so you can evaluate results before committing. Use it.
Glowing Photoshoot is not liable for:
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
If you have a problem with your order, please email us first — most issues are resolved quickly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
